Thank you for shopping at 365FactoryOutlet.If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase date. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.
Cancel/Change Your Order
After you place the order, your order begins to process and you cannot make any changes to it. If you want to cancel and change it, you will need to email us at service@365factoryoutlet.com ASAP. Once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled/changed. If you do not wish to keep the items once they have arrived, please return them by following our Return Steps.Return Conditions
- Returns/Exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and in good condition with all packaging attached. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s used, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- Unless the item is damaged, or has quality issues, consumers will pay return shipping costs . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All clearance items or accessories are FINAL SALE
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 5 days of our receiving the returned order.
- 365factoryoutlet.com will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Return Address
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please email us at service@365factoryoutlet.com. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 48 hours.Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Contact US
Please contact Customer Service at service@365factoryoutlet.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. -
Print your shipping label
Once return request approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are unable to print, please bring this to a carrier location for assistance. -
Pack up your return
After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing. -
Ship it back to us.
Drop off your package at a carrier location near you. Once it ships, use the tracking in your shipping label to track its progress. -
Refund
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund
We will issue you a refund once we get the return items. For credit card refunds, Most banks will process the refund within 5 business days.
At least 180 Days Warranty
We stand behind our products and provide a 180 days warranty(Most of our products are 1 year guaranteed, except for some chairs and covers) from the date of purchase. Products manufactured and sold by 365 Factory Outlet shall be free, under normal use and service, from defects in material and workmanship for at least 180 days.
Manufacturer Warranty Details
Subject to the limitations set forth herein, 365 Factory Outlet warrants that the Products manufactured and sold by it shall be free, under normal use and service, from defects in material and workmanship for a period of at least 180 days(Most of our products are 1 year guaranteed, except for some chairs and covers) from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be void if a Product is altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than the Manufacturer. This warranty shall also be void if there is a failure to maintain the Products and the systems in which they operate in proper working conditions.
THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO FURTHER WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, TRADEMARKS, PROGRAMS, AND SERVICES RENDERED BY THE MANUFACTURER INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH WHICH MAY ARISE IN THE COURSE OF, OR AS A RESULT OF, PERSONAL, COMMERCIAL, OR INDUSTRIAL USES OF ITS PRODUCTS.
This document constitutes the only warranty made by 365 Factory Outlet with respect to its products and replaces all previous warranties and is the only warranty made by the Manufacturer. No increase or alteration, written or verbal, of the obligation of this warranty is authorized. The manufacturer does not represent that its Products will prevent any loss by fire or otherwise.
Warranty Claims
The manufacturer shall replace or repair, at the Manufacturer's discretion, each part returned and acknowledged to be defective, provided that such part shall have been returned to the Manufacturer with all charges prepaid. The replacement part shall come from the Manufacturer's stock and may be new or refurbished. THE FOREGOING IS THE DISTRIBUTOR'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM.
